1、天鸿君邑物业接管验收方案天鸿君邑（一期）物业接管验收方案前言：新建房屋的接管验收，是在竣工验收合格的基础上，以主体结构安全和满足使用功能为主要内容的再检验。为保证天鸿君邑业主的顺利入住，特制定天鸿君邑物业接管验收方案。天鸿君邑（一期）接管验收流程：收楼两个月前物业进楼掌握情况确定验收日期地产、总包、施工单位、监理和物业组成联合验收小组实物验收资料移交设备验收组房屋验收组产权资料技术资料政府验收合格证水电气供应合同逐套设备查验并记录进入室内逐户逐间查验并记录统计汇总后反馈至地产工程部统计汇总后反馈至地产工程部整改后进行复验整改后进行复验记录后四方签字确认记录后四方签
