1、不同价态无机砷染毒大鼠尿液砷形态代谢产物构成比分析研究【摘要】目的通过不同价态染砷大鼠尿液中砷形态含量及比例的分析,寻找不同价态砷代谢和转轨间的差异,为进一步探讨砷代谢产物与砷中毒作用机制间的关系提供基础数据。方法70只大鼠被随机分为7组,即对照组;亚砷酸钠高、中、低剂量组;砷酸钠高、中、低剂量组,70只大鼠分别经口摄入去离子水、亚砷酸钠和砷酸钠1个月后,采集各组大鼠尿样。采用高效液相色谱氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定各组染砷大鼠尿液中砷形态的含量,并比较不同价态染砷组的构成比。结果中剂量组,亚砷酸钠染毒大鼠尿液中iAs3
2、+∶iAs5+∶DMA为36.1%∶3.0%∶60.8%;而砷酸钠染毒大鼠尿液中iAs3+∶iAs5+∶DMA为55.9%∶0.8%∶43.4%;两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.463,P<0.05)。高、低剂量组比较差异无统计学意义。结论不同价态无机砷的体内代谢和转轨不完全相同。【关键词】高效液相色谱氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法;尿液;砷中毒;砷形态分析 ConstituentratioofmetabolicproductofsodiumarseniteandsodiumarsenateinurineofratWUJun,
