1、沙棘叶总黄酮对AA肉鸡钙代谢及肠钙结合蛋白表达的影响摘要:(目的)本文旨在探讨沙棘叶总黄酮对AA肉鸡钙代谢及肠道钙结合蛋白基因表达的影响。(方法)选用健康的1日龄AA肉鸡(公)240只,随机分成4组:对照组(玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮)、基础日粮+0.025%沙棘叶总黄酮组、基础日粮+0.05%沙棘叶总黄酮组、基础日粮+0.1%沙棘叶总黄酮组。每组设4个重复,每个重复15只。饲养试验共进行7周,在49d时采集检测样本。在饲养7周后进行为期4天的代谢试验。(结果)结果表明:沙棘叶总黄酮对雌二醇和血钙含量影响不显著(P=
2、0.1737;P=0.5009),但可以显著提高血清中活性维生素D3和CaBP的含量(P=0.0121;P<0.0001)。沙棘叶总黄酮显著提高蛋白质的表观消化率(P=0.0014)。利用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测肠道中CaBP-D28K基因的表达,检测到添加沙棘叶总黄酮的各处理组CaBP-D28KmRNA相对表达量极显著高于对照组(P<0.0001)。(结论)综合分析认为,沙棘叶总黄酮可以通过提高血清活性维生素D3水平,上调十二指肠组织中CaBP-D28K基因表达,从而增加CaBP的合成,提高AA肉鸡肠
