1、城市房屋拆迁补偿问题研究402城市房屋拆迁补偿问题研究摘要:在我国城镇化进程不断发展的过程中，城市房屋拆迁也随之出现了很多难题。我国《国有土地房屋拆迁补偿》、《城市房屋拆迁管理条例修订版》等的不断完善，能够在很大程度上促进城镇化进程的良性运转。最新的房屋拆迁补偿条款在房屋拆迁、补偿等问题方面进一步人性化，在各方参与主体职责、征收程度、补偿原则等方面也进一步完善。但整体来讲，修订条例的实施也存在一定问题，如补偿范围较为狭窄、补偿标准不到位等，不利于城市房屋拆迁补偿的进一步完善。鉴于此，本文对我国城市房屋拆迁补偿的现状与存在问题等进行了详细分析，并有针对性的提出了对策建议，以便能
