2、汰，最终将资源分配给管理体质和技术能力都较强的一方，充分发挥竞争机制的作用。同时，企业为了多中标、中好标，就必须提高自身水平，加强企业管理，不断提升技术水平，加强竞争能力。这本身是一件无可厚非、利人利己的好事。然而，在现实情况中，由于招投标本身存在着极大的利益驱动，使得许多以权谋私、钱权交易、中饱私囊等腐败现象不断发生，产生了极其不良的社会影响。本文旨在指出当前工程项目招投标活动中广泛存在的各种问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的对策，为今后的更好的开展各项招投标工作提供参考与借鉴。关键词：项目工程，招投标，存在问题，危害，对
