1、精品文档公关人员处理公关危机的问题与对策研究(公共关系论文)2公关人员处理公关危机的问题与对策研究　　摘要　　随着我国加入wto和经济全球化的不断发展，我国企业面临着更激烈的国内外竞争环境，公共关系研究在国内也得到了前所未有的重视。公共关系研究在西方发达国家起步较早，包括国家、企业等都对这一领域展开了积极地研究。公关危机作为公共关系里面的一个重要的组　　成部分日益引起重视。本文结合我国企业的公关人员处理公关危机的现状，对这一问题进行了初步探索。文章首先明确了公关危机和公关危机处理的概念；在此基础上对公关人员处理公关危机的一般原则
