2、和2株真菌1作为指示菌,采用琼脂扩散法筛选抗菌活性菌株,采用基于l6SrRNA基因序列的系统发育分析和生物学特性研究对其中抗菌谱较广且抗菌活性稳定的菌株进行初步分类鉴定.结果67株菌具有抗菌活性,阳性率为53.2%,抗菌谱较J'且活性较强的9株,占受试菌株总数的7.1%.经过形态观察,生理生化特征及基于16SrRNA基因序列的系统发育分析表明,9株具有较强抗菌活性的菌株分别属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus1,盐芽孢杆菌属(Halobacillus),短杆菌属(Brachybacterium1,拟
