1、武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本设计为碳酸饮料厂废水处理初步设计。本文分析了碳酸饮料厂废水处理处置的相关工艺方法,提出了UASB+SBR的组合工艺流程。碳酸饮料厂废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。UASB(Up-flowAnaerobicSludgeBed/Blanket)工艺是由荷兰Lettinga教授于1977年发明的一种污水处理工艺,是处理有机废水比较常用的一种工艺。它自70年代以来得到不断改进和发展,它在处理高浓度有机废水方面与其它生物处理相比具有成本低、反应器负荷高、体积小,占地少、运行简
2、单、规模灵活、二次污染少等强大优势。SBR则与传统污水处理工艺不同,SBR技术以时间分割的操作方式替代了空间分割的操作方式,非稳定生化反应替代了稳态生化反应,静置理想沉淀替代了传统的动态沉淀。它的主要特征是在运行上的有序和间歇操作,该技术的核心是SBR反应池,该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池,无污泥回流系统。该工艺为碳酸饮料行业废水处理提供了一条可行途径,具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。关键词:碳酸饮料废水;UASB;SBRVI武汉科技大学本科毕业设计AbstractThepreliminarydesignofawast

6、echnologythatthetimedivisionmodeinsteadofthespacesegmentationmode,Unsteadybiochemicalreactioninsteadofthebistablebiochemicalreaction,StaticidealsettlinginsteadofthetraditionaldynamicprecipitationintheSBRoperation.Runninginorderandoperatingintermittentlywasitsmaincharacteri
7、stic.ThecoreofthistechnologywastheSBRreactionpool,whichwascombiningwithhomogenizing,firstsedimentation,biologicaldegradation,secondarysedimentationandotherfunctionsbutwithoutasludgereturnsystem.Thewastewatertreatmentprocessforcarbonatedbeverageindustryprovidesafeasibleway,
