1、疲劳自评量表在溃疡性结肠炎与疲劳性亚健康人群疲劳评定中的应用薛晓琳，王天芳，王佳佳，杨璐，李冠儒，张雅静5（北京中医药大学基础医学院中医诊断系，北京100029）摘要：目的：探讨疲劳自评量表在溃疡性结肠炎与疲劳性亚健康人群疲劳评定中的应用效果。方法：采用疲劳自评量表（FSAS）对1335例溃疡性结肠炎患者和疲劳性亚健康人群的疲劳进行量化评定，并通过统计软件对其测量结果进行分析。结果：除反映疲劳后果的2个条目外，其余条目分值均有统计学差异（P<0.05）；FSAS的躯体疲劳、精神疲劳、疲劳后果、10疲劳对睡眠/休息的反应、疲劳的情境性、总体疲劳分值的两组比较显示，溃

2、疡性结肠炎患者的上述分值均低于疲劳性亚健康人群的分值（P<0.05）；两组人群的躯体疲劳、精神疲劳、疲劳后果程度的不明显、轻、中、重分布情况有统计学差异（P<0.05）；两组人群的睡眠/休息不能缓解疲劳的情况及疲劳情境性的明显程度分布情况有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：①两组人群的疲劳表现各有特点；②疲劳自评量表能量化评定疲劳，并能有效区分不同人群15的疲劳类型、程度及特征。关键词：中医诊断学；疲劳；评定；疲劳自评量表；溃疡性结肠炎；疲劳性亚健康中图分类号：R2ApplicationofFatigueSelf-assessmentScaleonfatigue2
