2、息，从而选出最适合的人才，不断地提高企业的竞争力。本系统应用了Spring+Struts2+Hibernate（SSH）三大框架，采用多层体系结构，分为实体层、Dao层、服务层和Web层。实体层包括系统所要涉及的表和对应的实体类。Dao层提供各模块所需要的各种持久化操作。服务层负责业务逻辑。Web层用于处理页面和业务逻辑的交互、对数据进行必要的验证和转换和对业务数据进行呈现。此外还给出了开发环境的配置文件、映射文件、实现的类、流程图和界面图等。全文从项目背景出发，介绍了系统开发的背景和价值，在对关键技术进行介绍的基础上，结合
