2、il27,2011/Published:February20,2012.Abstract:Thelargereservesofoilaredisposedinzonesofpermafrostinshelfandcontinentalfields.InEuropethesubarcticandarctictundraareabundantonlyinNenetskyautonomousareaandinthenorth-eastoftherepublicofKomi.Oilandgasproductionactivityhasthreatenedrichestbiologicalres
3、ourcesandhealthofthepopulationoftheregion.AsingularityofpetroliferousfieldsofthenorthofRussiaistheexistenceofthethickstrataofpermafrost.Ontopofthemdifferent20heat-insulatingoverlyinglayers(snow,biogeniccovers)reside.Stateanddynamicsofpermafrostcauseprogressingdangerousexogenicgeoecologicalproces
4、ses,whichareexhibitedcompletely.Stateofpermafrostisinstitutedbyexchangeofheatinnear-surfacestrataofageologicalsection.Duringthedevelopmentofoilfieldsthereisadisturbanceofatemperaturescheduleofpermafrost.Forestimationoftechnicalattacktheanalyticalcomputationalmethodofinfluenceofthedifferentfactor
5、sonvalueofannualheatexchangeandpredictionofgeocryologicalconditionsisproposed.Itisshown,thatsuchdangerousphenomenaasdegradationofpermafrostandthermokarstwoulddevelopinthefirstplace,whichwouldcausethedestructionofnaturalecosystems.Keywords:Heatexchange,permafrost,thermalparametersofrocks,seasonal
