1、编号：OLOHR—FW—zd0682010年度员工薪资福利奖励制度目的本制度根据员工薪资奖励福利制度及人事管理制度规定，制定员工工资的有关事项。工资原则员工薪资福利奖励，依据社会水准，行业水平，物价指数变化，本人执行所担任工作的能力、经验、年龄以及公司发展阶段等因素确定。适用对象办公室及旗舰店员工；综合管理部搬运、商务部配货及搬运、原材料库管部搬运等不适用本制度，另行制定与工作量挂勾的计件制；工厂人员、质检部质检员按工厂的薪资方案执行。一、薪资构成工资包括基准内工资、基准外工资（或临时工资、兼职工资）、奖金/提成、
