5、edthepotentialofChina-Africacooperation.SincethefirstFOCACtookplaceinOctober2000,ChinaandFOCACmemberstateshavemadenewachievementsinallrespectsunderthecooperationmechanism.GreatProgressonanewtypestrategicPartnershipChinesepresidentHuJintaopointedoutinhisspeechattheop

6、eningceremonyinJulyoftheFifthMinisterialConferencethatsinceChinaandAfricaagreedtoestablishanewtypeofstrategicpartnershipin2006,theirinteractionhasbeenfruitful.ChinaandAfricahaveenhancedall-roundfriendlypoliticalrelationsinwhichmutualrespectandtrustareparamount,andwh
