2、模猪场血清样本1742份,其中免疫猪场4o个共1059份血清,非免疫猪场24个共683份血清;采用美国IDEXX公司PRRS病毒抗体EIISA试剂盒进行检测,分析其抗体阳性率,CV值及S/P区间分布值.结果显示:免疫猪场抗体阳性883份,阳性率算术平均值为83.4,CV值为67.1,S/P值大于2.5的样本44份,占4.2;非免疫猪场抗体阳性290份,阳性率算术平均值为42.5,CV值为87.4,S/P值大于2.5的样本74份,占1O.1.表明免疫猪场抗体阳性率高,离散度小;非免疫猪场均可检测到PRRS阳性
