2、sfactionwithhotelIEQbyapplying(IPA)Importance—PerformanceAnalysis,whichtakesZhejianghighstar-ratedhotelsasanexample.Thefindingsfrom316questionnairesshowIEQofZhejianghighstar-ratedhotelsdoesn’tmeetthetravelersrequirementswell.inoverall,travelershavelowersatisfactionwithhotelsIEQ.Fi

3、ndingsalsoindicatetherelativelysuperiorsixaspectsinturnarethequalityofindoorfacilities、sanitation、ventilation、cottonsupplies、toiletriesandtableware,andtherelativelyinferiorthreeaspectsinturnareindoornoise、indoornoiseandindoorairquality.Lastly,thestudysuggestsZhejiang3highstar-rate
