2、0(2011)05—0065-02证型:IAD【摘要】目的:观察参麦注射液配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响.方法:将6O例患者随机分成治疗组与对照纽各3O例,两组均采用NP方案化疗,28天为l周期,2个周期评价疗效.治疗纽加用参麦注射液治疗,14天为1疗程,2个疗程评价疗效.观察两组生活质量(卡氏评分)症状评分及不良反应等结果:卡氏评分:治疗组治疗后升高,对照组则降低(P<O.05);症状评分:治疗组治疗后均比治疗前下降,对照组有所升高(P<O.05);不良反应:治疗组治疗后的血白细胞,血红蛋白,血小板减少程度较对照组轻,其中白细胞减少
3、两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05).而血红蛋白,血小板减少两组间差异无显着性(P>O.05).结论:参麦注射液能调节和改善患者的免疫功能及临床症状,减轻不良反应,提高生活质量,进一步提高治疗效果.【关键词】非小细胞肺癌;参麦注射液;生活质量;不良反应【Abstract】Obective:ToobservetheeffectofShenmaiinjectioncombinedwithchemotherapyonlifequalityofpatientswithadvancednon.smallcelllungcancer.Methods:60
4、patientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,andeachgroupfor30patients,thetwogroupsusingNPprogramtotreat.28daysfor1course,after2cyclesevaluatetheeffect.TreatmentgrouptreatedwithShenmaiinjection,14daysfor1course,aftertwocoursesevaluatedtheeffect.Observethequalityoflif
5、esyndromescoreandadversereactions.Result:Kamofskyscore:Aftertreatment,thetreatmentgroupincreasedandthecontrolgroupdecreased(P<O.05);Syndromescore:Thetreatmentgroupdecreasedaftertreatmentthanbeforetreatment,thecontrolgroupincreased;Adversereactions:Aftertreatment,thereductionlevel
6、sofwhitebloodcells,hemoglobin,plateletwerelighterthanthecontrolgroup,thereductionofneutropenia,comparingthetwogroups,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Butthereductionofhemoglobin,plateletbetweenthetwogroupshadnosignificantdifference.Conclusion:ShenmaiinjectionCanad
