6、月至2006年6月心脏内科收治稳定性心绞痛(SAP),不稳定性心绞痛(UAP),急性非s—T段抬高型心肌梗死,急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者共166例,以及正常体检人员24例.发病24h内测定CRP血清浓度,随访患者0-35d的心脏事件发生率.结果不同临床类型冠心病CRP浓度与正常对照组比较有显着性差异(P<0.O1),各组CRP浓度也有显着性差异(P<0.O1).结论CRP不仅参与冠心病的发生与发展,且其血清浓度越高,临床情况越重,预后越差,心脏事件发生率越高.【关键词】c反应蛋白;冠心病;预后中图分类号:R541.4文献标识码:A文章编号:1004—7956《20
