2、__________________________,of_______________,Pennsylvania,(the"Lessee")(theLessorandLesseearecollectivelythe"Parties")INCONSIDERATIONofthemutualcovenantsandpromisesinthisAgreement,thesufficiencyofwhichthePartiesacknowledge,theLessorleasestheEquipmenttothe
3、Lessee,andtheLesseeleasestheEquipmentfromtheLessoronthefollowingterms:LeaseTheLessoragreestoleasetheequipmentlistedunderAPPENXIDAtotheLessee,andtheLesseeagreestoleasetheEquipmentfromtheLessorinaccordancewiththetermssetoutinthisAgreement.Term1.TheLeasecomm

6、fcancellationislessthen30days50%willberefunded.RepairofEquipment4.TheLesseewill,attheLessee'sownexpense,keeptheEquipmentingoodrepair,appearanceandcondition,normalandreasonablewearandtearexcepted.TheLesseewillsupplyallpartsthatarenecessarytokeeptheEquipmen
7、tinsuchastate.5.IftheEquipmentisnotingoodrepair,appearanceandconditionwhenitisreturnedtotheLessor,theLessormaymakesuchrepairsormaycausesuchrepairstobemadeasarenecessarytoputtheEquipmentinastateofgoodrepair,appearanceandcondition,normalandreasonablewearand
8、tearexcepted.TheLessorwillmakethesaidrepairswithinareasonabletimeoftakingpossessionoftheEquipmentandwillgivetheLesseewrittennoticeofandinvoicesforthesaidrepairs.ThentheLesseewillreimbursetheLessorfortheactualexpense
