3、indofformofeconomicintegration,itisalsoanimportantphenomenonofeconomicdevelopmentafterthewar.Itsessencecontentistodecreaseorcanceltariffandnon-tarifftradebarriersamongmembers.Atpresent,thefreetradeagreementsthatputonrecordinWTO(includedGATT)havealreadyreac
4、hedto224,mostofthemappearedinthe1990s,andjustincreased100afterWTOhavebeenestablishedin1995.Theeconomyglobalizationandeconomydistrictmakeregionaleconomiccooperationadeeplyandcontinuouslydevelopment.Wecansaytheresearchesoffreetradeareaisacosmopolitansubjectt
5、hereareveryimportanttheorymeaningsthatthisarticlechosethissubjectandmaderesearches.Sincetheendof1990s,theareaandinternationaleconomysituationchangedgreatly,whichcausedthepacesofeconomiccombinationofEastAsiaquickensuddenly.TheSouth-eastAsianNationseconomyha
6、dbeenattackedseriouslybyAsianfinancialcrisis,themiracleofeastAsiacomestoanendtemporarily.WiththedecliningofJapaneconomyandtheemergencesofChina'seconomy,the"wildgoosecompetentmodes"headedbyJapanwasobviouslyalreadyoutofdate.TheeconomyofeastAsiaappearstheembr
7、yonicofdualitydividingtheworksysteminNortheastAsiaandSoutheastAsia;thismadetheeconomyofSoutheastAsianNationswhichreliesonexternaleconomyseriouslyworse.Facingtheseriouseconomicdifficultiesandfragileinternationaleconomicenvironment,theAssociationofSouth-east
