3、ofuniformrulesicandlegalsystemsovaloflegalbarriersininternationaltradeandpromotethedevelopmentofinternationaltrade,havedecreedasfolloationofthecontractpartiiisaleofgoodspartivfinalprovisionspartisphereofapplicationandgeneralprovisionschapterisphereofapplicati

4、onarticle1(1)thisconventionappliestocontractsofsaleofgoodsbetthecontractorfromanydealingsbetinformationdisclosedby,thepartiesatanytimebeforeorattheconclusionofthecontract.(3)neitherthenationalityofthepartiesnorthecivilormercialcharacterofthepartiesorofthecont

5、ractistobetakenintoconsiderationindeterminingtheapplicationofthisconvention.article2thisconventiondoesnotapplytosales:(a)ofgoodsboughtforpersonal,familyorhouseholduse,unlesstheseller,atanytimebeforeorattheconclusionofthecontract,neitherkneentsecurities,negoti
