2、oftheunitednationsontheestablishmentofaneicorder,consideringthatthedevelopmentofinternationaltradeonthebasisofequalityandmutualbenefitisanimportantelementinpromotingfriendlyrelationsamongstates,beingoftheopinionthattheadoptionofuniformrulesicandlegalsystemsovaloflegalbarriersininternationaltra

3、deandpromotethedevelopmentofinternationaltrade,havedecreedasfolloationofthecontractpartiiisaleofgoodspartivfinalprovisionspartisphereofapplicationandgeneralprovisionschapterisphereofapplicationarticle1(1)thisconventionappliestocontractsofsaleofgoodsbetthecontractorfromanydealingsbetinformation

4、disclosedby,thepartiesatanytimebeforeorattheconclusionofthecontract.(3)neitherthenationalityofthepartiesnorthecivilormercialcharacterofthepartiesorofthecontractistobetakenintoconsiderationindeterminingtheapplicationofthisconvention.article2thisconventiondoesnotapplytosales:(a)ofgoodsboughtforp

5、ersonal,familyorhouseholduse,unlesstheseller,atanytimebeforeorattheconclusionofthecontract,neitherknewnoroughttohaveknownthatthegoodswereboughtforanysuchuse;(b)byauction;(c)onexecutionorotherwisebyauthorityoflaw;(d)o[5][6][7][8][9][10]...>>fstocks,shares,investmentsecurities,negotiablein
