2、业管理的服务质量日益影响着人们的生活。本文先介绍了物业管理的概念、物业管理在我国的发展及其基本内容，然后剖析了我国当前的物业管理，及其存在的各种问题,给出了如何解决这些问题的措施，重点论述了住宅小区物业管理；从构建物业管理服务质量评价指标模型入手，构建了从客户角度出发的物业管理服务质量评价指标体系。引入住宅小区物业管理服务质量模糊综合评价模型，并采用层次分析法确定指标权重，将该模型和所构建的评价指标体系具体运用于深圳市西丽留仙居，进行案例分析。本文为如何评价住宅小区物业管理服务质量提供一种简单而实用的方法。关键词：物业管理；住宅小区；服务质量；指标体系；层次分析法东华理工大学毕业
