2、ckingandlowleveloftechnologyandmanagementproblemsineconomyconstruction.UndertheleadershipofChineseleaderDengXiaoping,Chinawastestifiedofthemostamazingeconomictransformationsover20years,anditislikelytogrowinimportancebothpoliticallyandeconomically.Ontheotherhand,theChineseenteringofWTOin

3、2001alsoplayavitalroleinattractingforeigninvestment.Sincetheearly1990s,theamountofforeigninvestmentthatenteringintoChinahadincreasedsharply.Inthecontinuous6yearsfrom1996to2001,Chinautilizedforeigninvestmentactuallyexceed$40billionperyearandtheaggregatehadexceeded$400billion.In2001,thisn
