1、運用QIT與DOE技術建立製程管制最佳化之研究AStudyofApplyingQITandDOETechniquesinEstablishingOptimalProcessControl研究生:詹季霖Jhan,Ji-Lin指導教授:陳啟政Chen,Chee-Cheng【摘要】本研究將運用「品質改善團隊」(QualityImprovementTeam,QIT)援引QC步驟方法,以個案公司營運目標與顧客需求展開;經設計與製程能力與產品良率分析並利用「實驗設計」(DesignofExperiments,DOE)手法,找出影響設計、製程能力與產品
2、良率之關鍵要素,對改善項目提出方案並試行,且進一步評估試行績效,確認最佳製程條件並決定管制方式。唯有建構出一套優質的製程技術提昇管理體系,才能增加公司企業的競爭力,使其不斷的創新與進步,幫助企業達到成功不墜的核心競爭優勢。「實驗設計」(DesignofExperiments,DOE)不僅能增加產品的品質,更是一套全方位的企業持續改善方法,追求百分之百正確執行任務,不僅可以激發員工主動尋找全面性的改善方法,為企業提昇產品的品質及提高企業的獲利與聲譽,準確的將品質概念落實於整個企業。當企業在推行品質改善團隊(QualityImprovemen
