4、ompany(LTC)isacompanylimitedbyguarantee,ownedbyGovernmentofthePunjab(GoPb)Pakistan,registeredundersection42ofCompaniesOrdinance1984.LTChasbeenestablishedinordertostreamlinetheurbanpassengertransportsysteminLahore.LTCwillberesponsibleforprovisionofsafe,

5、efficientandaffordablebusserviceforcommutersandestablishmentoftransportinfrastructureincludingcleanandmodernbusstops,shelters,depots,andterminals.LTCenvisagestoactasaselfsustainingtransportregulatingbodyoftheGoPb.2.LahoreTransportCompanyLTCinvitesseale

6、dbidsfromeligiblebiddersforthepurchaseofatransportplanningsoftwareEMME3orequivalent.ThebidderwillensuresmoothrunningofsoftwareinLTCpremisesandwillberesponsibleforinstallations,re-installations,andreplacementsofsaidsoftware.3.LahoreTransportLTCCompanyre

7、questsTenderBidsinsealedenvelopesfortheLotsmentionedinSchedule–Bofthisdocument.Proponentsapplyingforbidsshouldsubmittwoseparatebids/envelopesforFinancialProposalandTechnicalProposal.4.TheTechnicalProposalshouldcontainallthebiditemswithoutquotingthepric
