1、潍坊市初中教师心理资本现状分析及其与职业压力的关系研宄董传海井西学刘义(潍坊医学院山东潍坊261041)【屮图分类号】R395.5【】A【】1672-5085(2012)21-0446-03【】FI的分析潍坊市初屮教师的心理资本现状,并探索初屮教师的心理资本和职业压力的关系。方法采用心理资本问卷和屮小学教师职业压力问卷对随机抽取的潍坊市5所初屮的172名教师进行调查。结果研究表明潍坊市初屮教师的心理资本水平较高。心理资本在职称和性别变量上无明显差异。在谦虚诚稳、感恩奉献、尊敬礼让具体因子上,本科及以上学历者心理资本优于专科及以T
2、学历者。重点屮学的教师心理资本总体优于普通屮学教师,尤其表现在谦虚诚稳、感恩奉献两个因子上。教师的心理资本总体与职业压力总体之间不存在显著性相关,但心理资本总体与家庭人际存在显著的负相关,而与其他各因子相关不显著;奋发进取与职业压力总体、职业期望、工作负荷、自我发展需要、学生因素之间存在显著的正相关;乐观希望、自信勇敢、包容宽恕、感恩奉献、尊敬礼让与家庭人际之间存在显著的负相关,另外谦虚诚稳与考试压力、工作负荷之间还存在显著正相关;回归分析表明包容宽恕对家庭人际影响显著,回归方程为:Y=19.365-0.162X,解释率R2为5
