1、2015年山东省滨州市食源性疾病监测分析刘风仙聂勇光聂翠芳滨州市疾病预防控制中心高青县疾病预防控制中心煤炭总医院目的:对山东省滨州市2015年食源性疾病哨点咲院的主动监测结果分析,了解食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,为制定预防或减少食源性疾病的防控措施提供科学依据。方法:对在哨点医院就诊的食源性疾病患者进行登记,收集病人基本信息、发生场所、临床症状和体征及饮食史,分析2015年滨州市食源性疾病的流行特征。结果:食源性疾病的高发月份为10月,第一、三、四季度病例数均保持较高趋势,共发生616例,占病例总数的84.50%;病例中26~35岁年龄组人数较多,占19.48%;职业主要为农
2、民,占58.85%;家庭是发生食源性疾病的主要进食场所,占64.47%;果蔬类是引起食源性疾病的主要食品,占41.02%。结论:应加强对滨州市食源性疾病的季节性监测,对发病率高的人群及家庭食品卫生知识进行重点宣传教育,同时加强餐饮环节的上生监管,尤其是果蔬类食品。关键词:食源性疾病;食物中毒;监测分析;MonitoringandAnalysisforFoodborneDiseasesinBinzhouCityofShandongProvincein2015LIUFeng-xianNIEYong-guangNIECui-fangBinzhouCenterforDiseaseCo
