4、pproductioninmanGyagriculturalsystems.OsPHR3(LOC_Os02g04640)isahomologofOsPHR2,thecentralregulatorofPiGsignalinginrice.BothOsPHR2andOsPHR3belongtotheMYBGCCfamilymembersandhavefunctionalredundancyinpart.In32thisstudy,OsPHR3knockGoutandoverGexpressiontransgenicplantswereobtained.Thehyd
5、roponicculture,PiisoGtopicandpotexperimentswereusedtodemonstratetheroleofOsPHR3inricephosphateuntilization.First,hydropoGnicexperimentsshowedthatoverGexpressionofOsPHR3increasedthephosphoruscontentoftherice,althoughthe32knockGoutlineshadnosignificantdifferencewithwildtypeplants.Secon
6、d,PiisotopicexperimentsrevealedthatoverGexpressionofthegenepromotedtheabsorptionanddistributionofphosphate,whiletheabsorptionrateinknockGoutlinesdecreasedincomparisonwithwildtypeplantsunderPiGdeficientcondition.Third,potexperimentsdemonstratedthatoverGexpressionofOsPHR3enhancedtheeff
