2、生心目中的影响力也不是很大。艺术体操的徒手基本练习和持轻器械练习两大类，其轻器械包括：绳、球、棒、圈、带五种。对于他们来说有难度，而且练习基本功也枯燥乏味，同时也考验着小学学生的意志力。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访问调查法对如何激发与培养小学学生对艺术体操课训练的兴趣进行研究，从艺术体操课训练的作用、激发与培养艺术体操兴趣的意义、学生不感兴趣的原因及对策着手，分析出如何激发与培养小学学生对艺术体操训练的兴趣且快乐的上好每一堂艺术体操课。关键词：艺术体操训练；兴趣；激发与培养；方法5四川省平昌县土垭小学
