6、ssia,NorwayandJapan.Henceitisurgenttopredictthefreeze-thawconditionsinthesurroundingrockmaterialsandprovideabasisforthedesign,constructionandmaintenanceofnewtunnelsincoldregions.Manytunnels,constructedincoldregionsortheirneighboringareas,passthroughthepartbeneaththepermafrostbase
