6、要点提示:机电安装部分一、总则1.设计图纸是否齐全,图纸内容有无遗漏或差错;2.图纸中设备、管道及管道附件选用和布置是否合理、可靠,是否便于施工、操作和检修;3.图纸中的平面尺寸、走向、标高、管径、坡度的标注是否正确、清晰、平面图、立面图、透视图、系统图是否一致;4.埋地管道的埋置深度、形式,与建构筑物基础、道路及其它管线的水平净距和交叉净距是否符合规范要求;5.各专业线路走向、相互交叉等有无矛盾或影响安全的地方;6.设备房内是否有安装、操作、维修留有必要的空间。大型设备安装土建结构中是否预留了安装和维修的孔洞,有无考虑必要的维修和起吊设施,结构图中预留孔
7、洞的位置与工艺图是否一致;7.管道穿越地下室,水池等构筑物墙、地面及穿越伸缩缝、沉降缝是否采取了可靠的防水措施和技术措施;8.有关设备专项设计项目的水电预留及衔接是否考虑,设计是否到位。二、通风空调图纸会审要点(一)设计说明重点检查以下条款,有没有专门的说明和明确的做法:1.各系统使用材料的材质及连接方式。2.各系统的工作及试验压力值。3.各种阀门的图示以及具体的功能要求。4.保温材料的材质各项参数要求,施工做法。5.各系统法兰垫料的材质。第2页共7页6.空调系统调试的风压和温度。7.设备的减振做法。8.空调水系统的定压形式。9.凝结水是否有排水点。10.
