1、关于团队管理中沟通问题的探讨［摘要］沟通是团队管理的关键所在，有效的沟通有助于提升团队的管理水平，提高团队的绩效。本文从团队管理中沟通的氛围、制度、方式等方面分析了团队管理中常见的沟通问题及其危害性，进一步提出了解决团队管理中沟通问题的对策。［关键词］团队管理；有效沟通；对策从广义上讲，组织管理其实就是沟通。美国著名未来学家奈斯比特曾指出,“未来竟争是管理竞争，竞争的焦点在于每个社会组织内部成员之间及其外部组织的有效沟通上”［１］。团队管理是企业管理中的一种重要形式，而沟通是团队管理的灵魂，没有沟通，团队的一切职能均无从谈起，团队也无法运作。目前，对于沟通在团队管理中的重
