1、市场营销专业实训大纲一、专业实训培养目标(一)实训对象本专业综合实训体现了就业导向、能力本位的人才培养特点,对象是市场营销专业的学生,强调以提高专业能力为主线,本着坚持专业方向与拓宽就业平台相结合的原则,强调职业岗位的针对性和操作性和实用性。(二)实训目标通过综合实训,实现如下目标:1.对该专业所学全部专业课程知识的系统复习与运用;2.对市场营销职业技能的系统强化;3.对专业核心能力、关键能力与综合素质的系统培养;4.进行系统的岗前培训,实现与就业岗位的“零距离对接”。(三)专业培养所需技能本专业主要培养适应社会主
2、义市场经济需要的,德智体美全面发展,掌握营销管理的基本理论,具备营销调研与预测、营销策划与执行、公共关系与谈判的能力,具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德,面向工商企业及服务部门等单位专业营销及其管理工作的高素质技能型专门人才。市场营销专业学生的从业所需技能,主要是心智性的,而非动作性的。其实训能力组群体系由三层构成:即核心能力;专业技能;综合能力与素质。培养学生独立工作能力的重要步骤,是实现培养目标要求的重要阶段,是对学生综合素质与工程实践能力培养效果的全面检验,是学生毕业资格认定的重要依据。toacustomerreq
