5、PartyBhasbeenselectedaftertestandappraisalbytheOrganization,hasreadandlearnedtherelatedcontentoftheLaborServiceContractontheEmploymentofChineseCitizens/orAgreement/orMOUandtheHandbookforEmployees.PartyB’sworkperformanceshallsatisfytherequirementsoftheOrganizationand

6、PartyBshalltimelyaccomplishtheworkintermsofrequestedqualityandquantity.Accordingtotheworkrequirement,PartyAmaysendPartyBtoworkatotherOrganizations.Article3BasedupontheworkrequirementandafterconsultationwithPartyB,theOrganizationmayadjusttheposition,duty,andworkplace
