1、毕业论文作者:叶新学号:0904150136院系:化学工程学院专业:生物工程题目:城市生活污水用于产油微藻的培养指导者:赵晴潇实验师评阅者:2013年6月吉林摘要将废水与产油微藻培养结合起来,可以实现废水的无害化处理,还可为微藻的培养提供营养组分和大量水源。利用高产油的小球藻,以城市生活污水为水源,考察了添加不同营养组分对小球藻细胞的生长、生物质产量、总脂含量以及氮磷去除情况的影响。结果表明:城市生活废水非常适合于产油微藻的培养。利用生活废水进行微藻培养屮,需补充添加无机氮、无机磷、铁离子以及微量元素,而这些营养组分的加入量対藻细胞的生长、生物量和油脂积累有重
2、要影响。在优化的废水培养基小微藻细胞浓度可达1.9g/L左右,高于标准SE培养基1.4g/L的水平。微藻细胞对于无机氮与磷有着高的吸收能力,在废水屮添加钙离子浓度为25mg/L,镁离子浓度为75mg/L,铁离子浓度为0.5mg/L和足量微量元素条件下,无机氮含量小于187.5mg/L,无机磷含量小于18.75mg/L的生活污水接种小球藻培养7-8d后,培养液水体屮氮磷残留量会小于20%,收获的小球藻藻液油脂含量在8.4%左右。由此表明利用城市生活废水培养含油微藻在获得微藻油脂产品的同时将水体的氮磷无害化处理实现是可以实现的。关键词小球藻培养,城市生活废水,微藻
