1、毕业论文作者:学号:院系:化学工程学院专业:生物工程题目:城市生活污水用于产油微藻的培养指导者:评阅者:2013年6月吉林摘要摘要将废水与产油微藻培养结合起来,可以实现废水的无害化处理,还可为微藻的培养提供营养组分和大量水源。利用高产油的小球藻,以城市生活污水为水源,考察了添加不同营养组分对小球藻细胞的生长、生物质产量、总脂含量以及氮磷去除情况的影响。结果表明:城市生活废水非常适合于产油微藻的培养。利用生活废水进行微藻培养中,需补充添加无机氮、无机磷、铁离子以及微量元素,而这些营养组分的加入量对藻细胞
2、的生长、生物量和油脂积累有重要影响。在优化的废水培养基中微藻细胞浓度可达1.9g/L左右,高于标准SE培养基1.4g/L的水平。微藻细胞对于无机氮与磷有着高的吸收能力,在废水中添加钙离子浓度为25mg/L,镁离子浓度为75mg/L,铁离子浓度为0.5mg/L和足量微量元素条件下,无机氮含量小于187.5mg/L,无机磷含量小于18.75mg/L的生活污水接种小球藻培养7~8d后,培养液水体中氮磷残留量会小于20%,收获的小球藻藻液油脂含量在8.4%左右。由此表明利用城市生活废水培养含油微藻在获得微藻油
