2、学性能测试结果,利用OM,SEM,TEM和XRD对处于不同处理状态的实验钢进行显微组织表征,研究微观组织演变对力学性能的影响.结果表明,TMCP状态的实验钢综合力学性能优于Qr态,这得益于TMCP态保留了轧制细化的原始奥氏体组织,使最终组织细化,空冷马氏体相变过程发生缓慢,利于过冷奥氏体的稳定,从而获得残余奥氏体含量较高的室温组织.各状态下实验钢微观组织以板条马氏体为主,同时包含少量相变孪晶.关键词马氏体,残余奥氏体,力学性能.TMCP中图法分类号TG142文献标识码A文章编号04t2.1961(2014
