2、BV-DNA，对比新生儿脐血和外周血诊断结果，并比较不向母血指标下新生儿宫内感染发生率。结果96例新生儿采用外周血和脐血检查，诊断为宫内感染分别为12、14例，其中有2例脐血检测出假阳性；96对母婴中母亲血清HBeAg阳性26例、阴性7O例，胎儿宫内感染分别为7例和5例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P
