1、泸州医学院学报2012年第35卷第6期JournalofLuzhouMedicalCollegeVo1.35No.62012564论著积雪草苷改善阿尔茨海默病大鼠记忆能力木章卓,张红,姜鲜,李华,孙玉红(泸州医学院:药理教研室;附属医院麻醉科,四川泸州646000)摘要目的:探讨积雪草苷对A13诱导阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠学习记忆能力,海马细胞线粒体形态影响。方法:6()SD大鼠随机分为模型组、假手术组、空白组,积雪草苷5、15、45mg·kg组,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间和学习记忆能力,HE染色观察大鼠海马区细胞病理改变,免疫组化检测B淀粉样沉积,电镜观察大鼠海马细胞线粒体结构改变。结果
2、:与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠逃避潜伏期显著增加、跨越平台次数显著降低,与模型组比较,积雪草苷干预组大鼠学习记忆能力明显改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,积雪草苷干预组大鼠海马区细胞形态完整,B淀粉样沉积明显减少,电镜结果线粒体结构比较完整,肿胀明显减轻,呈剂量依赖性,其中积雪草苷5mg·kg改善不明显。结论:积雪草苷能够改善A13致阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,改善海马细胞线粒体结构。关键词积雪草苷:阿尔茨海默病:线粒体中图分类号R966文献标识码A文章编号1000—2669(2012)6-0564—04Aisaticosideamelioratsesthememor
