3、s．MethodsDoubleemulsionmethodwasutilizedtopreparethes—PLGA．Twenty-onedaysafterimplantationofVX2tumorinliver，12rabbitswererandomlyandequallydividedintothreegroupswiththeinjectionofs-PLGA(s-PLGAgroup)，saline(salinegroup)，andPLGA1ml／kg(PLGAgroup)viaearveinrespectively．MRimagingwasperformedbeforean

4、dafterinjectionoftheabovethreeagents，thesignalintensity(SI)ofliverparenchymaandlivertumorweremeasured，thenthesignalratiooflivertumortoliverparenchymawascalcu—latedbeforeandafterenhancement．AfterMRscanning，therabbitsweresacrificed，andPrussianblueandHEstainingoftheliversweredone．ResultsThes—PLGAm
