3、s.MethodsDoubleemulsionmethodwasutilizedtopreparethes—PLGA.Twenty-onedaysafterimplantationofVX2tumorinliver,12rabbitswererandomlyandequallydividedintothreegroupswiththeinjectionofs-PLGA(s-PLGAgroup),saline(salinegroup),andPLGA1ml/kg(PLGAgroup)viaearveinrespectively.MRimagingwasperformedbeforean
4、dafterinjectionoftheabovethreeagents,thesignalintensity(SI)ofliverparenchymaandlivertumorweremeasured,thenthesignalratiooflivertumortoliverparenchymawascalcu—latedbeforeandafterenhancement.AfterMRscanning,therabbitsweresacrificed,andPrussianblueandHEstainingoftheliversweredone.ResultsThes—PLGAm
5、icrocapsuleswereobservedwithregularsphericalmorphology,andtheaver—agesizeofs—PLGAwasabout800nm.Afterinjectionofs—PLGA,SIofliverparenchymareducedmarkedly,whilenosig—nificantchangesofS1werefoundinlivertumors.andthesignalratiooflivertumortOliverparenchymaincreasedsignifi—cantlycomparedwiththeother
