2、和E—cadheHn的阳性率分别为81％、70％、35％；癌旁组织中zeb．1、c-jun和E．cadherin的阳性率分别为17％、25％、100％。zeb一1和c-jun蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0．05)。zeb．1表达与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0．05)；与患者年龄、性别、肿块大小无相关性。c-jun表达与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0．05)，与其它临床病理特征无相关性。zeb-l与E—cadherin在胃癌组织中表达呈负相关(P<0．05)，zeb．1与c-jun在胃癌组织中表达呈正相关。
