3、lonegroup．Patientswithbrainmetastasesfromnon—smallcelllungcancerinthegroupforthemothiazoleamineadjuvantradiotherapygroupofpatientswithbrainmetastasesfrombreastcancerwasinthegroupofcombinedradiotherapygroupand31casesofsimpleradiotherapygroup．Forthemothiazoleamineadjuvantradio—therapygroupwasgiven．

4、Temozol0midecapsules[75mg／(m·d)]，untiltheendofradiotherapy，capecitabinegroupwasgiven[625mg／(Hi·d)]，2fimes／d，4weeks．Twogroupshavecombinedtwoweeksofthree—dimensionalcon—formalradiationtherapy，head42Gytotaldose(3Gy，5f／week)，30Gy／lOf，thewholebrainlesionsareafillingquantity12Gy／4f．Simpleradiotherapygr
