1、辽宁中医杂志2014年第41卷第5期·93l·DOI：IO．13192／j．issn．1000·1719．2014．05．043护肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病临床观察隋晶，李军祥(1．清华大学第一附属医院中医科，北京100016；2．北京中医药大学附属东方医院，北京100078)摘要：目的：观察自拟护肝降脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝病的，床疗效，为，临床治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病提供新思路。方法：选取符合入选标准的病例61例，随机分为两组，治疗组(32例，护肝降脂方治疗)，对照组(29例，水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗)，治疗10周后观察两组患者

2、肝功、血脂水平及B超的变化。结果：两组患者经治疗后，治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为87．5％和72．4％，治疗组的总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0．05)；治疗前后肝功能和血脂检测表明，治疗后两组肝功能(血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、一谷氨酰转移酶)及血脂水平(血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯)均有降低，但治疗组较对照组有显著统计学意义(P<0．05)；治疗后B超检测表明，两组患者脂肪肝程度均有改善，但治疗组(84．4％)较对照组(65．5％)有显著统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：护肝降脂方对非酒精性
