2、。结果ECG异常59例，占71．3％，320CT异常46例，占57．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；以320CT为参考标准，ECG的敏感性为82．6％，特异性为38．2％。结论体表心电图能够诊断大多数冠心病，敏感度较高，但特异度低，必须全面分析患者资料，以减少冠心病的误诊；对疑诊冠心病患者应尽早进行320CT检查，将ECG和320CT这两种检查相结合进行判断，可使冠心病的治疗更具有针对性。【关键词】体表心电图；320CT冠状动脉成像；冠心痛【中图分类号】R541．4【文献标识码】B[文章编
