1、2014年8月护理管理杂志Aug,2014·578·第14卷8期JournalofNursingAdministrationVol14No.8·护理经济管理·军队医院护士对绩效考核了解程度及满意度的调查研究孙莹,万巧琴,刘俊【摘要】目的探讨军队医院护士对绩效考核的了解程度及满意度。方法采用问卷形式对军队3所三级甲等医院104名护士进行问卷调查,了解护士对绩效考核实施现状了解程度及对绩效考核的总体满意度。结果56.73%的护士对绩效考核制度表示满意;护士对绩效考核的了解程度与满意度得分呈正相关(P<0.05);护士对绩效考核评价得分排序后5位的条目:绩
2、效考核体系能发挥导向作用、考核过程公正、考核能提高护士工作积极性、考核能促进护士长与护士之间的沟通、考核结果准确。结论军队医院护士对绩效考核的总体满意度不高。管理人员需要进一步完善绩效考核体系并通过培训使护士更多地了解绩效考核具体内容,以提高护士对绩效考核的认可程度与满意度,从而发挥绩效考核的激励作用。【关键词】绩效考核;护士;护理管理中图分类号:C931.2文献标识码:A文章编号:167l一315X(2014)08—0578—03Theunderstandingandsatisfactiononperformanceappraisalsystemo
