2、性鉴定。按照新国家标准相对病情指数抗性评价体系,苗期恒温水培接种鉴定表现为抗病的品种有2个:Coker176和NC102,表现中抗的种质有11个:RGH51,云烟87,Oxford207,MS云烟87,NC95,K326,YH05,云烟108,NC471,NC71和云烟100。津巴布韦引进的KRK22等7个种质表现为高感,其余种质表现为感病或中感。采用相对病情指数(RDI)和病情指数(DI),与原行业标准(4档抗性划分)和新国家标准(6档抗性划分)等5种抗性评价体系,比较了多个种质鉴定结果的稳定性结果显示,行标一RDI体系和国标一RDI体系鉴定结果的稳定
