1、·药物与临床·中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第27期枸地氯雷他定序贯法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果观察吴国根江西省南昌县人民医院，江西南昌330200【摘要】目的观察枸地氯雷他定序贯法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取本院皮肤科2011年4月~2013年12月收治并符合入选标准的慢性荨麻疹患者65例，按随机数字表法分成观察组33例，对照组32例。观察组采用枸地氯雷他定序贯法治疗，对照组采用枸地氯雷他定常规治疗，观察并比较两组治疗前后风团大小、风团数目、风团持续时间、瘙痒评分及临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后风团大小、风团数目、风团持续时间、瘙痒评分比较差异有统计学意义(19<0．01)；治疗后，观察

2、组的风团大小、风团数目、风团持续时间、瘙痒评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。观察组总有效率为96．97％，对照组总有效率为75．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论枸地氯雷他定序贯法治疗慢性荨麻疹可改善患者症状，临床疗效优于枸地氯雷他定常规治疗方法。【关键词】枸地氯雷他定；序贯疗法；常规疗法；临床疗效【中图分类号】R758．24【文献标识码】A[文章编号】1674-4721(2014)09(c)一0072"03Clinicalefectobservationofdesloratadinecitratedisodiumsequentialtherapyinth
