1、2015年2月工业催化Feb.2015第23卷第2期INDUSTRIALCATALYSISVol.23No.2催化剂制备与研究直链烷烃脱氢催化剂载体制备新工艺*李国印,俞杰(江苏晶晶新材料有限公司,江苏宿迁223600)摘要:研究了以NaAlO-Al(SO)为原料制备直链烷烃脱氢催化剂载体的工艺,考察pH交替2243变化对直链烷烃脱氢催化剂载体孔结构的影响,采用XRD、TEM、DTG、DTA、氮吸附-脱附仪和压汞仪等对载体的晶相、粒子形态、结晶水含量、比表面积及孔分布进行表征。结果表明,pH交替变-1化使拟薄水铝石晶粒尺寸增加,结晶水含量降低,制备出孔容≥1.2mL·g、比表面积2-
2、1-1≤150m·g和堆积密度≤0.32g·mL的具有双孔分布的直链烷烃脱氢催化剂载体γ型氧化铝。酸性条件下,大量细小无定形氧化铝迅速溶解,有利于更多细小拟薄水铝石颗粒形成;碱性条件下,这些迅速溶解的无定型氧化铝附着在拟薄水铝石颗粒上,使拟薄水铝石一次粒子逐步长大,结晶度增加。关键词:催化剂工程;直链烷烃脱氢;催化剂载体;晶粒尺寸;比表面积;孔分布doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-1143.2015.02.007中图分类号:TQ426.65;O643.36文献标识码:A文章编号:1008-1143(2015)02-0116-05Anewpreparationproces
