1、第38卷黑龙江医学Vol_38.No.33582014年第3期HEIL0NGJIANGMEDICALJ0URNALMar.2014番禺区石暮三中高三学生心肺复苏培训普及的效果评价胡伟政,幸耿鹏,彭灿星,梁格祥,梁杏欢,冼桂嫦,徐丽君(广州市番禺区石暮人民医院急诊科,广州广东511450)摘要:目的探讨高三学生心肺复苏(CPR)理论知识和操作技能培训的效果及意义。方法采用多种培训形式相结合的方法对番禺区石器第三中学的384名高三年级学生进行CPR理论知识和操作技能的培训,在培训前后对其CPR理论知识和技能进行考核评估。结果发现384名高三学生对CPR理论知识和
2、操作技能普遍缺乏了解与认知。通过培伽I对比,其心肺复苏理论知、识考核合格率由培训前的6%上升至培训后的96%,两组前后得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训后心肺复苏操作技能考核的合格率为100%。结论高三学生在培训前对CPR相关知识普遍缺乏了解,培训后全员通过考核,说明培训效果明显,建议尽早将CPR知识纳入学校必修课程。关键词:学生;心肺复苏;普及;培训;番禺区doi:10.3969/j.issn.1004—5775.2014.03.072学科分类代码:330.99中图分类号:R459.7文献标识码:BEvaluationofTrainingPopul
