1、2013年11月第2O卷第33期·调查研究·顺德区学龄前儿童肥胖的现况调查及干预研究邓慕仪刘应波梅红程冬兰广东省佛山市顺德区乐从医院儿科，广东佛山528315【摘要】目的分析儿童单纯性肥胖的危险因素，探讨综合干预防治肥胖的效果。方法选取2012年6月顺德区乐从镇两所公办日托幼儿园的学龄前儿童815名为研究对象，通过问卷调查和体检方式收集资料，采用群体干预结合个体干预的方法对“经华幼儿园”儿童(干预组)进行干预，对照组未实施任何干预措施，其中干预组405人，对照组410人。结果两幼儿园肥胖的检出率为8．71％，综合干预后，干预组的肥胖发生率为5．2％，低于对

2、照组的9．0％(P<0．05)；经Logistic回归分析发现父母双方至少有一方肥胖、睡前进食、活动少、睡眠时间>10h、经常吃西式快餐、喜欢饮用甜饮料、经常吃零食等为单纯性肥胖的独立危险因素，知识程度高和肥胖危害及防治的认知程度高为有利因素。结论综合干预能有效防治儿童单纯性肥胖。f关键词】学龄前儿童；肥胖；现况调查；干预研究【中图分类号】R725．8[文献标识码】A[文章编号】1674—4721(2013)11(c)一0165—02Presentsituationinvestigationandinterventionresearchofobesityi
